Pickup Policy
We do not deliver purchased products. Customers must collect from our shop personally or send a trusted representative with the order and pickup details.
Pickup time
We contact the customer when a paid order is ready and agree on a suitable collection time at the shop.
No delivery service
Orders are not dispatched to customer locations. Collection takes place at the shop using the unique pickup code.
Pickup confirmation
Paid orders receive a unique pickup code. Keep this code private and present it when collecting the order.
Pickup arrangements
A customer may send a trusted representative. Please give us the representative's name and phone number before collection.
